COMMENTO ALLA SENTENZA DEL TRIBUNALE CIVILE DI PADOVA – I SEZ. CIVILE LAVORO DEL 18 LUGLIO 2014
Non è raro che il tema degli appalti, nell'ambito del diritto del lavoro, divenga oggetto di pronunce significative da parte dei Giudici del Lavoro. In questo senso, è significativa la sentenza del 18 luglio 2014 con la quale il Tribunale di Padova, è entrato nel merito del termine di decadenza per l'impugnazione del licenziamento connesso all'azione di accertamento, volta alla verifica della sussistenza del rapporto di lavoro in capo ad un soggetto diverso da quello con il quale era stato stipulato il contratto.
