I MINI JOBS IN SOSTITUZIONE DEI VOUCHER?
Come noto, ormai i cd. Voucher sono divenuti un ricordo nel panorama normativo italiano.Ma vediamo cosa e come potrebbero essere nuovi strumenti integrativi o sostitutivi ed utili per le prestazioni saltuarie, discontinue e non professionali, ma che intercettano, comunque attività lavorative che, diversamente, sarebbero totalmente destrutturate e deregolamentate (anche da un punto di vista contributivo e fiscale).Vediamo anche qualche cenno storico.
LEGITTIMO IL LICENZIAMENTO DEL GIORNALISTA CHE INVENTA UNA NOTIZIA
E' legittimo il licenziamento per giusta causa del giornalista che inventa ad arte una notizia, in quanto, l'accertamento della verità costituisce uno dei principali obblighi della professione giornalistica.Lo ha stabilito la Cassazione con la sentenza n. 5693 del 7.3.2017.La Cassazione afferma che il compimento delle verifiche necessarie a fornire riscontro alle notizie pubblicate rappresenta uno dei doveri fondamentali cui il giornalista è tenuto nello svolgimento della sua professione.
